You’re going to free up time for yourself and family and come home feeling relaxed and cosy as soon as you step into your sparkling clean home. One question many prospective and new clients have for us is “What happens if I’m not happy with the work carried out?”. It’s an extremely rare occurrence for us to have a client unsatisfied with the clean we have done for them, but we do have some procedures in place to rectify this should it occur.


It’s very rare that any of our clients are unsatisfied with a clean as our cleaners are professionally trained and thorough. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please ensure that you contact us as soon as possible and provide us with feedback so we can work to resolve the issue.


On the rare occasion clients have not been happy with a clean, we have noticed a few commonalities that have led to the issue.

One issue is clear communication from our client on what area needs the most attention in your home. Each home is different, in yours maybe the bathroom needs the most attention, in another, maybe it’s the kitchen. Before your clean commences ensure to let us know what areas need the most attention so we can ensure extra attention is paid to them.

Another common issue is time constraints. If you’ve only booked our cleaners one with loads of work to get done, most likely they will run out of time. If you’re detailed with us about what needs cleaning, we can suggest how long our cleaners will need to be booked in for.
