How do I get access to the ZenMaid
- Kindly download Zenmaid in the app store. Please do not create an account. We’ll create your login and will be sent by email.
- Please log in using only the credentials given to you using your email and password. You may change the password afterwards.
- Familiarize with the app.
- You will be required to clock in/out before and after the clean.
- Please make it a habit to check the notes section for instructions.
How do I accept or decline jobs?
Zenmaid has no accept or decline button. Jobs that will be assigned to you will be discussed beforehand.
How do we allocate jobs?
Jobs are being allocated based on your location.
