How It Works

  • Tell us what was missed 

    Share the areas that need attention so we can review it properly.

  • We Review It Promptly 

    Our team will assess the issue and confirm the next step.

  • We Arrange A Reclean If Needed 

    If the issue falls under the guarantee, we will return and fix the required areas at no extra cost.

  • Still Not Satisfied?  

    In the rare case that the re-clean doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll refund your booking. You
    shouldn’t pay for a service that didn’t meet our standard.

What The Guarantee Covers

This guarantee covers cleaning quality issues where the work clearly wasn’t done right. That includes:

  • Missed areas – Rooms or surfaces we agreed to clean but didn’t touch

  • Incomplete work – Tasks started but not finished (half-wiped counters, partially mopped floors)

  • Visible dirt or grime remaining – Dust, stains, streaks, or residue still present after cleaning

  • Touch-ups needed – Areas requiring a return visit because they weren’t cleaned properly the first time

The test: If you can see or feel that something wasn’t cleaned when it should have been, it’s covered.

Contact us again and we will address it. We also review repeat issues internally so we can improve the process and help prevent it from happening again.

Yes. If you are not comfortable with your assigned cleaner for any reason, let us know and we will arrange an alternative.

If we return to fix the issue and you’re still not happy with the result, we’ll issue a full refund. We’d rather make it right, but if we can’t meet your standard, you shouldn’t have to pay.
