How Our Cleaners Are Screened TBD

We don’t hire just anyone who applies. Every cleaner goes through our internal screening process before being approved to work with Home Style Cleaning clients.

Our screening process includes:

  1. Phone Interview: We start with a phone interview to discuss the cleaner’s experience, availability, service areas, and overall suitability for the role.
  2. Basic Requirements Check: To move forward, cleaners must meet our key requirements. This includes having an ABN, a car, their own cleaning products and equipment, relevant cleaning experience, and a current Police Check.
  3. Police Check & ID Verification: Cleaners are required to provide a copy of their current Police Check and valid photo ID before being approved.
  4. Contract & Handbook: Once the cleaner meets our requirements, we send through our Contract and Handbook. These must be reviewed and signed before any client assignments are arranged.
  5. Client Matching: After all documents are received and the cleaner is approved, we begin matching them with suitable clients based on their availability, location, and service areas.

Only cleaners who meet our requirements and complete the approval process join the Home Style Cleaning team.

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance that covers accidental damage caused by our cleaners during your service.
